Hi. Can anyone please tell whether there is any software/program that can perform statistical measurement of internet performance ( web page loading time, video loading time, amount of data volume transferred) in different handsets like: Android, Symbian, iPhone & Windows Phone?. Thanks

Adib

Hi

The link that you have given measures the website performance. But we actually need a software that can be installed in mobile handsets (Android, Symbian, iPhone & Windows Phone) to make such measurements in those handsets.

Thanks

Do you know word "simulation" my friend?

Mobitest by Akamai is a free tool to give you a deeper understanding of how to improve your mobile website's web performance. Mobitest can provide you with a video of your website loading, the HAR file of your runs, the average loadtime, and the average size of your mobile website. Mobitest is built off of the webpagetest.org framework and leverages real devices to extract the data. If you're looking for ways to measure and improve your mobile performance the Mobitest mobile measurement tool is a great start.
The data we uncovered was extremely useful, so we decided to release the tool publicly for free to make the same data available to fellow performance enthusiasts.

Tony Robbins says that thinking is a process of asking and answering questions. He stresses the importance of asking the right questions to get the right answers and therefore the right results. I agree with him. Most people ask lousy questions that cripple their results. Lousy questions turn your focus away from what you want and towards more of what you don’t want. And since we ask and answer mental questions every day, our questions wield great power over our results.
