please help me how to determine the value of R1, R2, RD and RS for voltage divider of FET



datasheet for FET that i am being used:


i have got from the FET curve charateristic using ADS:
IDQ = 12mA
VDSQ = 2V
VGSQ = -0.2V
 

You forgot to mention a schematic with R1, R2 ...
