to create GUI for Simulink parameter estimation block diagram

Hi all,
I already have simulink block diagram and input output file, i would like to create GUI for user to upload input/output/noise file into GUI and GUI will manage to process the data through my simulink ,,attached are the info,,can someone help me on how to create GUI for this? thanks in advanced
