To be a RF IC engineer,what knowledge shoud i master?

I want to be a RF IC engineer,but i don't know what knowledge i shoud master.Could you pls tell me what i shoud do? or tell me what book is worthin studying.or tell me the website about RF IC design.Thanks a lot.
