To add GaN transister in Matlab

I want to simulate a inverter using GaN power transistors in Matlab simulink. There are no GaN power transistors in Matlab simulink. I want to know how to add a GaN power transistor in Matlab simulink. EPC have GaN power transistors and have made there library availble in PSPICE, LTSPICE, TSPICE, Spectre and Altium library. They have already added them in NI Multisim software. Can i add either of the library in matlab or export the model from multisim to Matlab. I want to add the GaN power transistor in Matlab and simulate a circuit.
