TNY287 Flyback SMPS controller....resistor purpose?

On page 8 of the TNY287 datasheet, there is a resistor R15 connecting BP/M and EN/UV.
Do you know what this is for?
The datasheet doesnt seem to say.

I assume it is to modify the shutdown threshold.
