Hi, this artical I have seen already (not indetailed). I need readymade downloading software that run on PC with quick and short help including hardware setup.
Is there any way of programming the DSP like Microchip/Atmel controllers support InCircuit programing?

Hi,

You need to use the serial boot loader f206sldr.exe utility for the host and the level converter for DSP plus a serial cable. That's all.

As far as I know this utility is obsolete so you can try this one: https://www.ti.com/sc/docs/tools/dsp/c2000/files/f240fl.zip
