Input one pulse to the D.U.T,so one I-V point was got, right?
So,many pulses to the D.U.T, the I-V curve could be got, right?
What are the characteristics of the pulses? Amplitude?Rise time?
Thans!

Obtaining IV curves under pulsed driving condition is a technique that is used to characterize especially RF Power Transistors.
Each manufacturer gives this pulse widths to prevent the transistor from out of Safe Operating Area. Therefore some applications such as Pulsed X-Band Radar etc, uses this transistor under Pulsed driven condition.
For instance, Vdd-28V,Frequency=8.5GHz,Load=10+j*25,Pulse Width=15% ( so 17.64ps) and Amplitude Max=2V. etc..Rise and Fall time may be mentioned or not but they have second order effects on the measurements.
This is real cause of obtaining Pulsed IV Curves.
