Hi

I need some help of simulation single amplifier ICMR and slew rate this is my first design and i am confused completely. i am using LTspice. plz, I need the steps for simulation

You must experiment with current flow through your mosfets, until you find some level, which will adjust your output voltage so it is in a middle region between Vdd and Vss.

Your output wire appears to be vd2. First try to give it the same resistance to Vdd as to Vss. This is done by adjusting current through the mosfets. You succeed when the output is about midway between Vdd and Vss.

Then when you apply a differential signal at the inputs, output voltage will respond by visibly rising or falling.

thank you

This my simulation between input and output and circuit, test it and what is my mistake

As I run my simulation, I see it is necessary for the output wire to have a load on it.

I am sending two different inputs, with different frequencies. This makes it obvious how the differential amplifier subtracts the difference between input A and input B (I think).

I set the current source at 20 mA. At that point the output was getting clipped at the peaks, and lopsided around zero volts.

thank you for all, but i need the way for ICMR simulation

You have a circuit which combines two functions. You have (1) a long-tail pair, and (2) a current mirror.

Split these up into separate circuits.
Learn how their concepts work by themselves.

Find what component values are needed, to make them operate properly.

This sort of experimentation will show you the way.

design differential amplifier

I am using MOSFET to design signal stage differential amplifier and I want the output of signal ended equal zero or close to be zero, the power supply are Vdd=3.3 and Vss=-3.3. I want help
thank
