ic 8361 circuit

Dear all：
i test this ic ，it has four channel and every channel has ch+ & ch-。
if i want input's range is 0 to 5v，how can i design the circuit?
can i input voltage directly connect to ch+ and ch- connect to ground?
can somebody give me some suggestions?
