Tinyswitch4 under voltage lockout

Hi,
With Undervoltage lockout in tinyswitch4, if current into EN pin gets less than 23.75uA then the part switches off.
Does the part immediately turn back on again when the current into the EN pin goes above 23.75uA, or does it need the BP/M voltage to be cycled?

According to fig.3 it holds the restart timer in reset so it probably turns back on again when the reset is released. Page 3 quotes:

Switching resumes when the current being
pulled from the pin drops to less than a threshold current. A
modulation of the threshold current reduces group pulsing. The
threshold current is between 75 μA and 115 μA.

Please note this point from data sheet,

As per schematic 270V AC applied and total 4 M Ohm resistor connected. So current to the pins(UV) will be 67uA (270/4M)

Suppose voltage reduce to 90V AC then current will be 23uA (90/4M)

I dot think 75uA required for restarting after under voltage lockout,
