Assumption was that photo will be made automatically at specific hours with time between photos defined.

- BENQ Camera
Choosing relevant camera was not easy, because camera had to conform to some criteria. One of most important was to keep settings after disconnecting power supply. It is very important when mains error occur – you do not have to configure camera again. Another requirement is possibility of using the memory cards with large capacity (long maintenance-free period of time is needed). In the case of BENQ camera we have no problem with 4GB SD cards. For 1Mpix resolution and highest photo quality we can store 7.000 photos on such card.
Camera was dismantled due to necessity of connecting cables to on-off and shutter switches.

- Main time relay. It switches the control system AT preselected time (in my case 10-22 hours)
- First time relay. It generates pulse several seconds after switching on Power and is responsible for switching camera on
Switching the camera off is automatic and takes place 5 minutes after last planned photo. (battery economize mode)
- Second time relay. It generates pulses every predetermined time lapse and causes ma king the photo..

- Case front taken from industrial camera (advantages: seal, ease of clearing the glass)

- Heater from industrial camera (useful during winter, has thermostat built-in and can switch on automatically when temperature drop could cause frost or misting up the glass).
- Electrical cases IP55 (they should be seal; in my case camera is mounted outdoors and is under direct rain influence.)

Power supplies needed were 3V for camera and 12V for heater.
First power supply was taken from the old HP camera. Its parameters were 3.3V and 2.5A. This power supply was mounted in the camera case due to relatively large current needed for camera.
Second power supply was common chopper power supply 12V 1A
