Hi Friends,
I have a simple question

input 12v -> time delay of 1 second -> output 12v
input gnd -> output gnd

I need a simple circuit that can do this. ofcourse with mcu its simple but need a simple solution with analog ic

Thank you

No Sir.
application is to drive the relay. and hence I can user darlington to drive the relay.
regarding off time even 1 seconds is acceptable

A 555 timer IC is an easy and common way to do what you are describing.

Below is a method which is more or less equivalent.

When the input goes high, the capacitor begins to charge. After a second it reaches about 1.4 V. The darlington array turns on, energizing the relay coil.

When the input goes low, the capacitor takes a second or two to discharge, resetting it for next time.
