hi friends
I want to setup Notefolio program on my Pc and transfer a text file from pc to my TI-89 but i cant do it.
when i want to setup the program i face to this error:
**broken link removed**

I've seteup the framework3 .Net but i can't install the Notefolio yet and i face to the above error.
please guide me.
