or anything, the same as you would record any sound.
play it back the same way.

they are all recording devices
their ease of use, sound quality and fidelity will vary, but should work

Thunder has low frequencies which are best heard through a speaker made to reproduce low frequencies.
Small playback devices have small speakers which are notorious for their tinny sound.
