how does substrate doping affects Vt.

if i increase doping of substrate to decrease latchup scenario what can be cons of same??

They are inversely proportional.. As you increase the doping more voltage will be required to invert the channel...Modern process lightly doped epi and heavely doped substrate to take the advnatage of both Lathup immunity ( High P sub) and low Vt ( low doped epi)
