Hi guys , today my teacher asked me to do a prensentation about 3 level opamp circuit design . I googled it but i didn't really understand what 3 level means ? Can you guide me ? And does it have only one design ? Thanks in advance.

I believe the op amp sections are:

1. Differential amplifier
2. Current mirror
3. H-bridge output stage

The output (H-bridge) has the job of creating the proper voltage at the load. It does this by changing its internal resistance to a supply rail.

Thanks for the answer , Do all 3-sections opamps have same configuration? What are they used for ? Why should i use 3 section opamp

Hi,

Thanks for the answer , Do all 3-sections opamps have same configuration?

It is not 3 OPAMPs.
--> It is one OPAMP including those three sections.

What are they used for ?
--> All three in combination create an OPAMP.

Why should i use 3 section opamp
--> All three in combination create an OPAMP.

And how do i know opamp includes 3 sections . What does make it 3 sections or section. Why should i use 3 section opamp instead of 2 section opamp . Are all 3-section opamp configurations same ?, like BradtheRad said.

Hi,

you should read about the working principle of OPAMPs first.

A good source of information is "wikipedia"
==> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operational_amplifier

Especially the chapter "architecture" gives answers to your questions. With colored picture and description.

Read through it and then come back to ask what is still unclear.
