As 10V voltage reference you can use the µA723 voltage regulator - quite old IC, but still as good as new, and if you can't get your hands on the INA114 you can use any other, comparable instrumentation amplifier ..
This "bridge" can be easily modified for 2.5V reference ..
To ensure the same conditions for the 1N4148 diode, reduce the resistance between VREF=2.5V and the diode from 27kΩ to ≈5.1kΩ, and you have to do the same for the voltage divider consisting of R6 (80kΩ) and R6+R7, but I will leave it to you .. R6 and R7 can remain the same, just reduce 80kΩ to suit 2.5V reference ..
