thermal conductivity STIM

I'm looking at Kester Solder Thermal Interface Materials (STIM) from MacDermid Alpha for 5G infrastructure. I believe it Supports RF power amplifiers and base stations, where stable thermal performance enhances signal integrity and reliability but just wanted to see what the consensus was from everyone.
