Thermal calculation spreadsheet (wanted!)

I need to do some calculations for temperature rise on pcb for power mosfets and voltge regulators taking data from the device data sheets. Years ago I had an excel spreadsheet to do these calculations, but for the life of me, I can no longer find it.
Has anybody got one they would share?
Failing that, I will have to study and revise and try to write my own.
