the transformer coupled with LM1893. it's a simple transfo 220v/18v or an isolation transfo???
and the pin 5 i link it with pic to have 1 logic for Tx and 0 for Rx

Help please

I would thought that it is a HF transformer and is resonated by the 33NF cap. its purpose is isolation AND rejection of the 50 HZ. i.e. it might by 1 :1 ratio, but due to the series caps at the input only has 12 V AC there.

Can you give me some reference to have this transformer??

The LM1893 and the Toko transformers are obsolete and are not made anymore.
They were used to send and receive very slow data for short distances 18 years ago.

i send data for short distance for that i use LM1893

Review the datasheet at ti.com. It tells you everything you need to know about the chip. Presumed you have exemplars of the IC at hand.

the project is power line remote control for that i use LM1893 because other circuit like ST7540 are very expensive
