, Can anyone have these thesis,paper , or Document , Thanks
 

For what application do you need dc2dc?
Is it isolated or non-isolated?

Fhis is MAXIM example of buck regulator with SYNC input, with SYNCHRONOUS rectifier.

MY application is on SOC design , Becasue Our system is 5v sysyem , We need 3.3 and 1.8 , But we don't want to use external regulator , So that we want to merger the DC - DC in the chip , Becasue I don't have experiment for these , so that I need some document . Do you have any experiments fot IC design . Or thesis for this topic , Thanks
 

May be it's better to use LDO in ur case.

There is a lot of materials about dc2dc in sites, mentioned above.

My experiance in this field is not rich enough.
Now i'm preparing to design dc2dc for cell phone application and also try to collect more information.

Becsaue our application with on USB , so that We have power consider, SO that I just can select swithch mode power supply . Maybe we can discuss that . I will do the syn PWM , high effciely . What structure do you select ???

unfortunately, almost all mentioned in this forum dc2dc sites describe this topic from application and system point of view.
Threre is no so much information for chip design.

We can get real information for chip design from Datasheet of real IC.

So, at first I recommend to find appropriate real IC datasheets and analyse them.
U can defind structure, topology of ur design.

I'll do this way.
