It is a LPG installation which can be used in a lawn mover. As heating the evaporator can cause some problems, you can resign from it in your construction. The most important thing in this project is how you fed gas to the evaporator. If multi-valve is badly mounted, gas in the voltatile phase is getting to the evaporator. You can fed the volatile phase of gas from a cyllinder at natural pressure of approximately 0,5MPa, it should be enough when you use 6mm pipe. When you do that, the heat required for change the liquid to the volatile phase is taken from the environment by the cyllinder, and not by the evaporator. The evaporator cools slightly, so it can operate without heating. You can use cyllinders for forklift, but you have to fix them „upside down”.

Another unusual solution is lack of mixer. Gas is supplied to the carburetor by a hose with a diameter adapted to the diameter of the diffuser. Details in the pictures.

When the gas supply is closed, and the petrol is connected to the carburetor, the engine can operate using conventional fuel.

Because the evaporator does not require heating, the engine starts on gas.

List of elements:
  • evaporator
  • register
  • cyllinder
  • copper pipe
  • hose fot the volatile phase
  • hoses 10mm
  • reduction
