The question about the spice model...

I have a TSMC spice model. But it is for ADS. I do simulation by hspice on my personal computer. So there's some problems I cannt resolve.
At first I use '.lib' to find the spice model. But it cannt find the 'TT' or 'FF'. So I use '.inc' . But many errors come out. The errors is

What shall I do? This model is for ADS. But I use it to simulate by hspice.
Need some modifies with the model?
 

if the card for @DS u must modify the model to be hspice like

use @DS model transalator to translate @DS model to hspice

is the model file orgnizated as .model ***************?
just as the zbove said, maybe you should change the format of the model file.
