The photoconductive and photovoltaic modes in LOC110

hi!
i'll use loc 110 linear optocoupler to sense output voltage of the digitally controlled switch mode power supply....
my switching frequency is 100khz and it is a voltage feed converter....

loc110 works in two different mode: Photoconductive (band with is limited 200kHz) and Photovoltaic (band with is limited 40kHz) mode...

Photovoltaic mode is much better but it has band with problem...
and it only effect response time, isn't it?

but this power supply is a school project, so response time not very important...

which one do you suggest.

and secondly i need a opamp to use with loc110. it should be single supply feedable and high speed (and 8 pin dip package).
