The node name of HSPICE-is NET100 and NET100N the same node?

The node name of HSPICE

Dear all, I am now study hspice. Someone tell me that letters which follow numbers in node name are ignored. For example, 1A and 1B means ONE node.

But I do not know the node of NET100 and NET100N is the same node?
