The maximum current a PCI Express can draw from +12V and +3.3V ports

Hi,

I am looking for the maximum current a PCI Express 1.1, 4 lanes, slot can draw from its +12V and +3.3V ports.
I searched the net and i keep finding PCI-SIG specification links which require a membership to download, anyone knows where i can find these specs?
