I want to ask a simple question:
How to caculate the gain bandwidth product of the transimpedence amplifier.
Is it the same as the opAmp used in the transimpedence?

YES OP GWP
not depend on u r configuration

At first, you should be aware that the term "gain" is not appropriate for the CFA.
It should be replaced by "transimpedance" as the input which controls the output voltage is a CURRENT. Thus the output-to-input relation is in ohms and the transfer parameter is Ztr (transimpedance).

At second, the product "max. transimpedance Ztr.max=Ztr(w=0) times frequency" is NOT identical to a kind of "transit frequency" (crossing at 0 dB) because the frequency response is not universal compensated. This is in contrast to most of the voltage opamps.
