i need an equivalent for this ic: TC9400 i think it is a V/F converter
from Microchip

which is not has to be equ to 9400??

ic lm231 equivalents

I don't think there is direct replacemant for the TC9400.
There are some other V-F converters, maybe they can do the job; example: **broken link removed**
