Hello,
Here is the circuit, which is used to determine the gamma value in threshold voltage formula:

But I do not know why the current is not flowing through my circuit and as you have expected, the voltage across capacitor is zero, when I rub transient simulation from 0s to 1us. I gave a zero initial voltage to the capacitor. But, nothing changed.

Do you know where is the problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you
