Who could tell me which is the supplier for cheapest Tranceiver from 433.92Mhz to 2.45Ghz?

Melexis has some nice chips, but you need a large quantity to get the cheap price. Chipcon CC1000 with 3.43€ at 1k, hmm RFM TR3000 is very expensive.
That are my ideas.
