Could anyone give me some information about the bandgap reference use cross-coupled quad of devices?Especially how to calculate the Iout.

What kind of Iout you want to calculate. This structure is used to decrease systematic mismatch caused by gradient of temperature or process parameters.

The Iout is mirrored to the differential amplifier as the current source.Could you give me some information about this systematic.

Is that a cell containing 4 bipolars stacked in 2 layers and have some area ratio? Or is that a simple 1 to 3 ratio and layout as a quad?
