Hello , I have the following component which needs to be used as frequency detector.
Is there some datasheet for this component?
I could not find datasheet in google.

Hello Tony , I need to use this device as a frequency detector for my YIG PLL project .
How can I test in the lab if it could be used as a frequency detector .

Who told you this part will meet your undefined specs?
What are your expectations?
Testing an unknown with an automated test system requires this.
Testing is easy with specs, but without them, it requires knowledge of the difference between function and damage power levels.

record: gain error, phase error, & delay properties for f vs power level for each input to output. Find out your specs.
