Normally how the temperature variation is done in the lab.
I need to test the TC of my Bandgap chip.
Any help?

Dear naisare,
You must have some instrument in the lab that could programe the enviorment. Usually u have speaclized test facilities. Theses would keep your circuit in a test chamber and vary the temp. of the test chamber and observe the variation.

first you should have test equipments like :
1)Thermostream to adjust the temperatuer
2)power suplly
3)osclilloscope
4)I/V meter

first you evaluate several points such as -40°, -20°,0°, 25°,50°,85°,125° .etc
then make a graph V-T us these data.

Ifyou use Hspices you can write .DC temp -40 125 1 ,and dc scan to ttmperature
