I have a multi connector, multi wire cable tester to build.
A 4017 circuit found on the web can test most of the wires, however one of the wires has a 390r 1% inline resistor in it.
According to the web using an arduino can do it simply, however I'm looking for an even simpler method.
I'd like to indicate that this is 390r with a green led and any other resistance (outside of about 350r-410r) with a red led.
Can anyone suggest a method/circuit please?
