tester for RS422 help needed

hello,

I'm trying to build a RS422 voltage level tester.
The spec dictates a level above 2V and below -2V as a minimum.

I tried allready a comparator design but this doesn't seem to function (see attached). The opamp gets really hot.

Could anybody assist?

The two outputs are shorted, you required to add two diodes between outputs.
