I don't get the full picture of what U want. But currently I can share few regarding the Testing of Devices.

First what level / Layer U want to test the driver [ eg. prtocol driver ] decide on that.

Next write a simulator for that.

I hope its a useful info .

I an new bie for this topic..
When H/W completed their design, we need a tool to check if these devices work normally,
Here, suppose that we don't need install OS(Linux/Windows CE, and so on ) on that board and can do device function test...
I need some information about HOWTO do this test...?
