It is a home made temperature meter, which can be useful when you solder some elements.



Voltage -5V required for supply of the amplifier OP07 was gained thanks to applying ICL 7660 converter (scheme from the note sheet). Also 7805 with few capacitors was added.

Temperature probe from meter M830 was used as a sensor.

Callibration can be done by fixing offset and then boiling the tip of the probe in water.

With linear thermocouple and mili voltmeter – holding the tip of the probe in fingers for a longer time, the meter indicates 37 degrees Celsius, 100 degrees Celsius during boiling.
