Temperature effects on threshold voltage and mobility

Hi,
It is learned that threshold voltage and mobility decrease with increase in temperature. How can we intuitively justify the statement?

Hi,

I can explain mobility. When temperature increases, mobility decreases. The higher the temperature, the more energy is given to atoms. This energy causes atoms to vibrate. Due to atoms "dancing" the probability that moving electron hits an atom increases. This is called lattice scattering.
