What is the temperature sensitivity of Vbe of a discrete BJT transistor say for eg for a BC107 ? Such information does not seem to be given in a datasheet? where to find such info

This sensitivity figure is a physical one and, therefore, not dependent on a specific type. It is roughly -2mV/K under the constraint of a constant collector current.
(That means: Ic raises with temperature and you have to decrease Vbe in order to come back to the initial Ic value).
