improve phase margin

Hi I have designed a telescopic ota. I able to get a phase of 50. I wanted to know if there is any way of pushing the non dominant pole further away so that my UGB and phase margin improves. Please suggest some texts which I could refer. Thanks

how to improve phase margin

I have some suggestions to improve PM.

1. Reduce the power or reduce the size of input pair to reduce GBW=gm/CL

2. Reduce the length of cascoded device or increase the size of cascoded devices,
which equivalently increase the gm of cascoded devices.
