How to find out the technology of mos transistor based w/l ratio ..
In my tanner simulation the w= 2.50um and l= 0.25 um so can you please let me know how to calculate the transistor technology
 

You can't, based on this information alone. You could
draw that same W and L in any node from 0.25um to
20nm and not violate any groundrules.
