tanner software problem

Hi.. I am sushma.. Present working with tanner tool V15.0..facing fatal error that generic_250nm.lib is missing at simulation after adding that file.. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible, due to less time for my students project. plz resond to my mail id [ email address removed by moderator - please reply here so we all know the answer]

Your fatal errors look like you used wrong units syntax.

Try "5n" rather than "5nm", "2f" instead of "2fF".
