Hi,

When a given design, calling several libraries, is opened for editing S-Edit locks the design from editing by other users through the file edit.lck and locks also all libraries used by this design. In a design team composed of several designers working on same chip this behavior is not practical at all. Indeed, the first designer that opens the top level design locks all libraries for editing by the other designers. This constrains other designers to wait for the top level design to be closed before having edit permission for lower level designs. Could you please propose a solution to this problem?

On the other hand, in the S-Edit menu the utility Tools > User > User 1..10 seems to be not working properly and we do not found any description of its function in the S-Edit documentation. Do you have any description/explanation about this utility?

I m running Tanner S-Edit version Win32 12.11

Thanks and regards
