fastscan t5 violation

hi

can anyone tell me how can we repair T3 and T5 violation . Iam using Dftadvisor .

please told me T3 and T5 in detail.

T3 and T5 violations are observed in fastscan. it means that there is some issue in the fastscan shift procedute. To resolve it

set the gate reporting to trace, and use the Report Gate command for the
gate ID number displayed in the error message. This can help you to identify where the
blockage occurs; tracing back from the inputs helps you identify how to correct the problem.

T5 is also similar, it means that sets/resets are not inactive and they have either x or active value on them. again issue in the shift procedure.
