cmos design kits for student

Hi all,

where can I get TSMC 0.25, 0.18, 0.13 and/or IBM SiGe design kits?

We obtained them from Europractice. Takes some time though for processing all the NDAs...

Artisan also offers some free libraries. However, only if they think you will manufacture something using their libraries...

thx again,

do u know if they give access even when u are a Ph.D student but working at the same time?

@cretu: probably your academic advisor has to become a member of the europractice progam but that limits use to academic purposes. another option might be mosis. they fabricate multi-project-wafers for academia and small companies too. they only offer design-kits, no tools.
