Hi,

What is a good strategy to determine the right bias voltage so the amplifier remains in saturation? For the enhanced source follower attached, I had a hard time to set the bias point for M1 and M5 so that all transistors remain in saturation. Basically I would like to know a more systematic way rather than trial and error in cadence.

Thanks
