power compiler tutorial

Hey Guys,
Has anyone used the synopsys power compiler? I was wondering if there is any online tutorial? Also I could not find the user manual for the tool.

Power compiler is used within Design Compiler. Usually it is used to gating clock and save power. If you want to estimate your chip power, you can use the Prime Power to compute.
