Hello. What is the difference between raphael and hercules ? Can hercules do the things that rapheal do , like field solver . interconnect analysis ?

I heard the rapheal/raphael nes is used with Star-RC . What does that mean in term of technology process and design rule set ? Can hercules do that too ?
