Please help me, how to setup Synopsys Astro 2003.03 and How to configuration the License manager to run it.

After you install, you can find reference manual in the DOC directory,

in this manual you can find the steps to setup both software and license.

run lmgrd in SCL to start license server.

Astro IU can do netlist and routing edit, it combines semiautomated and interactive routing and editing, for design optimization.
You can do bus routing, shielding, pre and post route cell inserting, deletion and placement adjustment.
It provides super function when you manually work on the design before or after P&R to fix error or optimize.
